Michelle Wright brings more than 30 years of experience in municipal government, public works, parks, community development, capital projects, and grant writing. Throughout her career, she helped lead major building and infrastructure projects, secured funding for parks, environmental improvements, emergency services, and community revitalization, and managed complex budgets, staff, and public partnerships.
Since retiring, Michelle has focused on her resin and wood art business, Rushing River Design, while continuing to support local arts organizations through board service, public art projects, festival planning, and grant development. Her work reflects a strong commitment to creativity, community improvement, and turning ideas into successful, lasting projects.
